The following table reports the indicative rates for the whole apartment.
The prices include towels and linen as well as water and power consumption. For the heating system, the cost of the gas will be charged on the basis of the effecive consumption.
It is requested 50 Euro for the final cleaning at the check out.

To confirm booking (after checking availability) it is requested 20% deposit of the total amount, with a minimum of 150 Euro.
It is possible to pay via bank transfer or v ia filling the following confirmation form and clicking the "Pay Now" button.
For all the payments done with PayPal, there is an additional fee of 4% of the total amount.

At your arrival in the apartment it is requested a deposit of 250 Euro, that will be returned at your check-out.
