"Casa Belvedere" is situated at the top of a hill in the village of Poggio Murella (Manciano, not farawaay from the town of Grosseto).
The view that you can see from the windows of the bedrooms and from the front garden goes from Tuscan hills to the sea. Indeed, on clear days you can see the Monte Argentario and the Tuscan archipelago.
On the nearby hill, just at 3 km, you find the village of Saturnia, with its famous thermal waters.
The thermal and other places where you can freely take the bath, including the spectacular waterfalls of sulphurous water, are less than 2 km away at the foot of the hill of Poggio Murella. Not far away a 18 holes golf course spreading across 70 hectares of terrain and some beaches along the rivers Fiora and Albegna, where you can go for a refreshing dip and for a relaxing massage among small rapids, are reachable as well.
Other area attractions are the close villages of Sorano, Pitigliano and Sovana, located within striking landscapes and full of ruins dating from the Etruscan period, also famous for products like fine wines and gourmet cheeses.
The sea is just 30 km away, with the beautiful beaches of the Argentario: the Feniglia and Giannella.
The house, built with the typical local materials - stone, brick, wooden beams - is on two levels. In a floor you have a well equipped kitchen area with a nice dining table and a fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs there is a lounge with fireplace and two sofa beds. From the hall you can go to a brick patio and to the garden.
The garden, gently sloping, turns around the house and works as access lane. In the most panoramic point there is a stone table under a pergola covered with wines and a barbecue for open air dining.
The house has central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player.
